Turnaround time guarantee for website maintenance within the subscribed hours is three working days. You can also get your maintenance request in front of the line for emergency projects for an additional $10 per hour by selecting 24 hours turnaround option for your web maintenance request. We will immediately contact you if we cannot meet the turnaround period for any reason.
