Adding features to your site, such as, credit card processing for donations and payments, a shopping cart, embedded slideshow, YouTube video, and a calendar are additional to the package price.  Specific features based on your industry, such as, IDX Broker for MLS listings or restaurant Open Table are also not included in the base price of website design and publishing to the internet.
